General information about rotary atomizers
|
Rotary atomizers are used in spray drying applications by the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
Rotary atomizers are also applied in spray absorbers for flue gas cleaning and conditioning. The slurry will be atomized in small droplets by the spinning atomizer wheel. The slurry feed pressure is relative low in correlation to pressure atomizers . By the feed pipe the slurry will be pressed to the atomizer wheel and get atomized by centrifugal forces.
Our production line comprises rotary atomizers, atomizer wheels spare parts and wear parts since the early sixties of the last century. We offer our own type of rotary atomizers and also atomizers for several manufacturers of spray dry plants.
