Disc dryers or rotary atomizers
type AF
The rotary atomizers type AF can be set as an equivalent part of several other rotary atomizers, made by other manufacturers. We can vary the interfaces and the geometry of the housing. The rotary atomizers can be fitted with a belt drive or direct drive.

The rotary atomizers type AF, are build-up in two main sections. The upper part includes the belt drive and the electrical motor. Depending on power and mass flow rate of concentrate, two or four belts are necessary. The lower part of the rotary atomizers contains the spindle, bearings, slurry pipe, volute and atomizer wheel:
- for slurry with abrasive and corrosive property
- strong construction and housing
- bearing temperature control
- vibration control
- control of lubrication cycle
- control of oil temperature
- over flow alert |

The rotary atomizers type AF can be used with different types of atomizer wheels:
Atomizer wheel with nozzle inserts. For slurry
with abrasive property. |

Atomizer wheel with vanes, for slurry with less corrosive and abrasive property. Vanes straight. |

Atomizer wheel with vanes, for slurry with less corrosive and abrasive property.. Vanes s-curved to
vary the bulk density.
