Atomizer wheels for rotary atomizers

We offer and supply atomizer wheels for our own rotary atomizers as well as for atomizers of other manufacturers.

Atomizer wheels with exchangeable nozzle inserts can be used in several applications, especially in applications with strong wear effects. The nozzle inserts can be changed piece by piece. Corresponding to the diameter of atomizer wheel and nozzle insert, 8 - 36 nozzles inserts can be used per atomizer wheel.
The atomizer wheels are manufactured in Duplex stainless steel SS329. The typical design of the vanes is straight. The walls of the vanes can be covered by special layers for wear protection. The run time of the atomizer wheel will increase. Atomizer wheels can be manufactured with 16 up to 72 vanes.
To vary the bulk density of the powder, atomizer wheels with so-called s-curved vanes can be used. Normally an atomizer wheel has 16 s-curved vanes. Atomizer wheels with s-curved vanes are manufactured in duplex steel SS329.
A set of 8 nozzle inserts can be used for a small atomizer wheel or an atomizer wheel for producing granulates.
