Control of vibration and acceleration of  rotary atomizers 

At rpm of 60.000 1/min it is necessary to control and check the function of rotary atomizers to improve the security and life time and to ensure that the system will not be destroyed by vibrations.

For a maximum of security it makes sence to control and visualize the main functions of a rotary atomizer. The Vibro Control 6000 allows to control and check: - temperatures of bearing - vibrationen and acceleration, - lubrication system, - temperature of oil, - blockings at the atomizer wheel.
Presentation of a sensor. The example shows a sensor for measuring the vibration and acceleration. The sensor will be connected to the Vibro Control 6000.
